Meet Chase and Ginger, the real keepers of the Inn. They assumed control shortly after the Volzes moved to Vermont from Locust Valley, New York in
December 2000.
And while Chase and Ginger are extremely sociable and friendly, they do
come from a “paws off” school of management. That’s why they keep Ann
and Alex.
Alex had fun commuting into New York City everyday to work at JP Morgan
and then at Chase Bank. Ann stayed closer to home to help raise their
two children, Alexander and Becky. She also kept busy teaching school in
between paddle and tennis games.
Since December 2000, Ann and Alex have enjoyed meeting their guests,
serving their guests and making sure their guests enjoy all the charms of
Vermont. And they must be doing a pretty good job because Chase and
Ginger have not replaced them. Sometimes, they even give the Volzes time
off for golf, tennis, paddle and skiing. |
